I have a Very Ugly python hack you can test with: www.mirar.org/babytemp.py.txt (based on mitemp.py, not cleaned, sorry, needs pip install bluepy and python 3 probably).
I just want to tell to everyone interested in this topic, that HomeAssistant BLE PASSIVE MONITOR component support the MMC-T201-1 baby thermometer from 2 weeks now.
No encryption is needed/used.
