(boot-app, bootloader-80, BLE_firmware & BLE_partitions) you mentioned but I cant seem to get to part 3, i.e., the device doesn’t show the WIFI network to configure WIFI and MQQT server details. Not sure what I am missing… may be I am using the wrong files?

You can now try an easiest way by flashing directly from the web : (Option 1) Upload from the web | OpenMQTTGateway v1.7.0

1. Just connect your board, select esp32dev-ble or esp32dev-ble-cont (if you want continuous scanning)
2. Keep “Erase flash”
3. Click on Install
4. Press the boot button (optional)
5. Select the COM port
6. Click on connect
7. Release the boot button (optional)
8. Erase process should start followed by the flashing

After you should see a WIFI access point so as to enter your configuration
