Would it be possible to simulate your issue with an android/iphone app like a beacon simulator?
The difficulty is indeed to reproduce your issue without the device.

You can not simulate because of the service data. With Google Home BLE I have no problems. Is it possible to create a version eliminating the extraction of service data for me to test?
