Boot Issues (Only boot with manual reset)

Hi, I set up an OMG using ebrithiljonas’s PCB.
Everything works fine after the Boot, but to make the ESP8266 start I need to press the Reset button, otherwise it will be stucked with the small blue Led on and frying the IR Leds.
Can someone help me?

update1: I noticed that if I completely cover the IR receiver, it seems to start normally. :thinking:

If you deactivate the IR gateway, does it start?
