Installer still doesn't work and is this still being worked on?

Just re-visiting my esp32c3 to update it as not used it for a while, the OTA update didn’t want to work for some reason, so i connected it up and tried to update it manually via the web updater.
The normal one doesn’t want to see the device at all (much like it didn’t about a year ago when i first set this up.
Going to the dev branch of the installer, it works (seems to be a different web installer?)

Also i notice that the code hasn’t been updated in about 10 months. Is this still being worked on at all? I see that there is now a dedicated hardware version of this now which I don’t remember seeing at the time, so i guess it’s a case that focus is on them now?

Yes, it is a different version.

I mean the esp32 code which we install onto our esp devices.

oh ok, I’m confused then, the releases page says 1.7.0 came out last in dec 2023. :person_shrugging:

This is the last release, the code was updated 5 days ago.
A new release will be done by the end of the year.
