Shelly BLU TRV device?

Hello,
Did anyone tried to add a decoder for Shelly Blu TRV ?
I currently explore the possibility to use OpenMQTT gateway in place of the crazy Shelly Blu Gateway which does not work as expected for Shelly BLU TRV.
I found some informations at , Common features | Shelly Technical Documentation but I don,’t have enough Bluetooth knowledge to do it.

As the Shelly BLU TRY requires actual connections to get and set any of its values and functionalities it will not be possible to create a decoder for it, which only works for retrieving values being freely broadcast in a device’s advertising data.
