After I use the web upload to burn the firmware and set up the wifi connect info, it can connect to the mqtt server however the ble topic is not showing and can not receive any message about the ble gateway. Dose anyone know how to fix this?

How do you identify that it cannot connect ?
The screenshot shows a set of topics, with none corresponding to the topics used by OpenMQTTGateway regular publishing.
Try to subscribe to home/# or you can use mqtt explorer to see all the messages.
sorry I haven’t clearly to make the point. The device is connect to the Mqtt broker and those topic is showing on the service as well however the BLE getaway info is not showing.
