Yes, the thing is, I just found WH31E/L to be supported. So I am not quite sure whether the WH31 solely is to be supported?
Nor am I to be honest, but the general WH31/DP50 seems to be a FineOffset rebrand - as most Froggit sensors are. But unless someone with a WH31 can confirm it working with OpenMQTTGateway or not, or you doing a test purchase, we won’t know for sure.
Is there any reason you are particularly interested in the WH31, or do you just want a general outdoor thermometer?

Also looking more closely at your posted link above it states that the sensor is a WH31A on the Froggit page, making things even more confusing
