Xiaomi Miflora sensors,

OMG V 1.8.1 On a M5stack atom, using an open mosquito mqtt broker ( no security)

Im a OMG newbie, I have multiple xiaomi ble miflora (20x) and temp/humidity sensors, i have been using a combination of python scripts and xiaomi-ble-contrib nodes within node red to query.

OMG appears pria facia a simpler approach But Im having difficulty retrieving battery level data.

A search highlights a 2 yr old post suggesting this has been solved with v 1.3.?

But the final post in the thread ends with

The correct statement is

Setting Adaptive scanning to false will automatically put the gateway to continuous active scanning if it was previously true.

as you can see by interval and intervalacts changing to 100 ms immediately - and then being settable as required by individual needs.

Hope this helps clearing up some confusion.

What have i missed, The Home assistant config messages at the OMG startup identify the data element as “batt” that should hold the battery level%

However i have failed to pick it up from any of my 4x test sensors.

Do I need to adjust some config as the above quote suggests?

thanks for any help in advance.

Hi @larkingabout

I assume it is the HHCCJCY01HHCC Mi Floras which you have.

The battery value is much the same issue as with the voltage in the related thread

So you either already have got the battery values coming through after the initial 60 minutes, or you should get them very soon  the other two intervals are not related to this, only the connect interval.
